PRE K 668 is a school project located at Brooklyn, NY, Including the cellar and first floor levels. The project involves the renovation of an existing building to create a functional and supportive environment for early childhood education.

Luttec's scope centered on comprehensive BIM‑based coordination of all building systems, integrating electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection services within the constrained overhead ceiling voids. Through advanced clash detection and coordinated 3D modeling, we ensured conflict‑free installation and optimized spatial performance across all disciplines.

The project incorporated a point‑cloud laser scan, from which we extracted the existing conditions to inform our design and coordination. We modeled the electrical systems, structure, and architecture, and produced updated shop drawings to enhance construction clarity and buildability, while other scopes were modeled by their respective trades.

Regular coordination meetings were conducted with consultants and trade partners using federated BIM models, facilitating real-time issue resolution and alignment across disciplines.
